Why Choose the Promax 8?
Large RO systems represent a significant investment. The Promax 8 has been designed to maximise membrane life, minimise maintenance requirements and provide reliable production for years to come. Customers benefit from premium construction, excellent aftersales support and the reassurance of UK manufacture.
Duplex
Flow Rate: 12,000+ LPH
When continuous water production is essential, the Duplex Range offers complete peace of mind.
Rather than relying on a single large RO system, the Duplex incorporates two independent reverse osmosis units within one integrated package.
Each system can operate independently or together, providing exceptional flexibility and resilience.
Ideal For
- Critical manufacturing processes
- Food factories
- Hospitals
- Continuous production environments
- Businesses where downtime is unacceptable
Key Benefits
- True duty/standby operation
- Redundancy built in
- Reduced production downtime
- Easier maintenance scheduling
- Increased operational flexibility
- Higher overall system availability
Optional Features
- Automatic changeover
- Load-sharing operation
- Remote monitoring
- Advanced alarm management
- BMS integration
- Bespoke control software
Why Choose the Duplex?
Many manufacturers simply install a larger single RO system. The Duplex approach provides built-in redundancy, allowing maintenance to be carried out without stopping production. For mission-critical applications, this can save thousands in lost production and emergency downtime.
Twin Pass
Designed for Ultra-High Purity Water
Some industries require water quality beyond the capabilities of a conventional single-pass reverse osmosis system.
The Twin Pass Range uses two stages of reverse osmosis, with the permeate from the first stage feeding directly into a second RO system.
The result is exceptionally low conductivity and extremely high purity water suitable for the most demanding applications.
Typical Applications
- Electronics production
- Laboratories
- Semiconductor industries
- High-purity rinse water
- Healthcare
- Specialist manufacturing
Standard Features
- Two-stage reverse osmosis process
- High rejection membranes
- Low conductivity operation
- Industrial PLC controls
- Automatic flushing cycles
- Heavy-duty stainless steel construction
- Factory performance testing
Optional Upgrades
- UV sterilisation
- Electrodeionisation (EDI)
- Degassing systems
- Final polishing cartridges
- TOC monitoring
- Remote diagnostics
- Bespoke instrumentation
Why Choose Twin Pass?
Where water quality cannot be compromised, a second RO stage provides significantly improved contaminant rejection compared with a standard single-pass system. Combined with IWE’s industrial construction and expert design, the Twin Pass Range delivers reliable ultra-pure water for the most demanding applications.
Why Choose an IWE Reverse Osmosis System?
Rather than just listing features, explain the engineering philosophy behind your systems:
- Designed and manufactured in the UK – Every system is built and factory-tested at your Derbyshire facility.
- Industrial-grade construction – 316 stainless steel pipework and frames are used throughout, rather than lighter-duty materials where appropriate.
- Built around premium components – Proven pumps, valves and controls selected for reliability and serviceability.
- Custom-built to suit your process – Standard ranges can be tailored with colours, branding, instrumentation and upgrade options.
- Engineered for long-term ownership – Easy access for servicing, spare parts availability and technical support help minimise downtime.
- Backed by experienced engineers – From specification through commissioning and aftercare, customers deal directly with a specialist water treatment team.
That moves the page beyond “here are our products” into “here’s why our engineering approach is different,” which is far more persuasive for industrial buyers.
