The HC100 is a solenoid driven dosing pump, diaphragm actuated, for standard duties where a constant dosing operation with a reliable performance is required. Designed for either continuous or intermittent operation, they are a reliable means of conveying strong chemicals under precise control into water treatment and process systems. They operate on the well proven principle of electromagnetic drive, with electronic frequency control. Their frequency (stroking speed) is adjustable in 2 speed ranges selectable via a two position switch which is also mounted on the facia.

The HC100 mA is a proportional solenoid driven dosing pump, diaphragm actuated microprocessor based with digital controls. The HC100 mA external milliamp signal from a process controller or analytical instrument. The dosing pump is capable of dosing in direct proportion to that signal. The stroking frequency of the pump can be adjusted from zero to maximum via touch sensitive controls on the front facia. A manual setting is also available for priming purposes.

This model also features low level protection operated by an optional level switch.

The HC100 PH incorporates a pH controller with a single control set point which monitors the pH level of water. It’s main purpose is to operate the pump if the pH level goes above or below the set point. This set point can be adjusted through from 0 – 14 pH and features a digital display of the pH value. External connections from the electrode are made via a BNC Connector on the pump. This model also features low level protection operated by an optional level switch.

The HC100 RX incorporates an ORP/Redox controller with a single control set point which monitors the redox level of water. Its main purpose is to operate the pump if the redox level goes above or below the set point. This set point can be adjusted from 0 – 1000mv and features a digital display of the redox value. External connections from the electrode are made via a BNC connector on the pump.

This model also features low level protection operated by an optional level switch
