Purolite® NRW5050 - Polishing
high purity coolant water in primary and
secondary circuits
Purolite®NRW5050 is a
nuclear grade macroporous anion resin for
polishing high purity coolant water in primary
and secondary circuits within nuclear power
plants. This high capacity mechanically
and chemically stable anion is used as a
stand-alone product or mixed in a chemical
equivalent blend with Purolite®NRW1600
a macroporous cation forming the mixed bed
Purolite®NRW3550.
Purolite®NRW5050 has a higher selectivity
for boron makes it suitable for both demonizing
as well as de-borating in PWR primary systems.
Purolite®NRW5050 is intended for use
where regeneration is not required.
Purolite nuclear grade resins meet standards
specified for all nuclear markets.
