LCE Series Water Chillers
The application of R410A within units appropriately created for this type of refrigerant is undoubtedly offering several benefits because of the excessive heat exchange coefficient and also to the reduced pressure drop from the coils that brings an improvement in the performance, stability and also energy saving capabilities of this series of water chillers.
The LCE collection consists of seventeen versions, in cooling and heating, that has cooling capability of 45 to 320 kW, characterised through an array of constructive variations as well as options. All the constructive variations are designed with an electronic expansion control device as standard, in order to maximise the performance at partial loads.Thanks to the specific technological solutions the operating range of the heat pumps can be expanded from -10°C to -15°C as exterior atmosphere temperatures along with water generation at 40°C:

Hydraulic options
An entire hydraulic package could be installed within the unit without altering the actual dimensions.
One pump motor, standard or up-rated head pressure.
Double pump solution or standard or uprated head pressure, single operation. The actual pumps can function alternatively on a time or damage schedule.
Double pump alternative, standard or up-rated head pressure, simultaneous operation. If the pumps are linked in parallel, they will provide the nominal water flow within a synchronised operation.
In the event of partial loads the operation is confined to 1 pump this lowers the amount of water flow to 1/3 of the nominal value with the typical reduction of pumping costs equivalent to 30%.
Versions
An opportunity to achieve numerous refrigerant circuits for exactly the same dimensions enables you to customize performance levels at full load and partial load.
The option of two compressors using a single refrigerant circuit offers an improvement within the efficiency at partial loads achieving values of ESEER greater than 4.
The models using double circuit / double compressor offer high values for efficiency at full load (EER and COP). Models with four compressors enable the unit to provide capacity on four numerous steps, modifying based on the actual thermal load of the plant. This minimises the start up current.
