Filter Controller for Ion Exchange plants

• Menu-driven programming using a "two line" LCD display.

• Capacity values programmable from 1 to 65535 m3 E or from 0.01 to 9999.99 m3.

• Option for programming a service telephone number.

• Regeneration/rinsing activation by time interval, flow, external switching, real time clock or manual control.

• Time delayed regeneration/rinsing.

• Control of quantity dependent siuicing.

• Extensive status request options using the INFO key:
  sluice control, regeneration/rinsing time, extra program, filter capacity, total quantity of treated water, current input and outputs status, software version, start time interval, time delayed regeneration/rinsing, service telephone number, input and output programming.

• Additional functions for service personnel:
  fast flow, filter exchange without regeneration/rinsing, standby filter regeneration/rinsing, time delayed regeneration, immediate regeneration/rinsing stop without program reset.

• Selectable standard input function:

• water meter, regeneration/rinsing stop, regeneration/rinsing start or regeneration/rinsing agent monitoring.

• Expandable with one input function and two output functions by the addition of extra print IF2030.

• Selectable functions for the extra outputs:
  extra program, regeneration/rinsing procedure, take-off impulse, signalling or sluicing.
  Available hardware models:
  "CV" model for central control valves and "SV" model for single magnetic valves.

• Standard outputs "CV" model:

• 2 cental control valves with zero flow, 2 operating valves.

• Standard outputs "SV" model:

• 6 magnetic valves ( 8 when optional additional circuit board is present).

• Program data secured against power failure as all important information is stored without a battery.

• High performance microprocessor with "Watchdog", "Illegal Operation Code" and frequency monitoring functions.

• Constructed in accordance with EMC Guidelines: with galvanic isolation of the microprocessor and the

• inputs and outputs, in addition to the integration of an extra interference filter.

• Available for wall mounting.

• Available (input /output) : 24/24V, 230/230V, 115/24V en 230/24V
