All our pure water deionisation and demineralisation filters come with a quick connect fitting on the inlet and outlet of the cylinder making the exchange process very simple.
Once your d i water filter has exhausted simply go online buy a replacement and next day we will deliver your new deionised water cylinder and pick up your exhausted unit.
This system makes our pure water exchange system a very cost effective and clean way of producing demineralised water or deionised water.

exchange systems are designed for maximum efficiency and
cost reduction regarding the production of high quality
and ultra pure water.
Typically each exchange cylinder will remove
99% of all ionic impurities from a mains supply. No electrical
supply is required and all our units come with inlet and
outlet hose-tail connections unless other connections
are specified. Serving industries such as Pharmaceutical,
Brewing, Microelectronics, surface treatments and Automotive

There are various terms for deionisation all of which are commonly used. The main terms for this pure water are as follows;
Demin water, Deionised water or deionized water in America, distilled water, Pure or ultra pure water, deionisation process water or deionization in America, D i water, purified water and water purified by ion exchange process.
Note : Industrial Water Equipment only use Virgin ion exchange resin manufactured by Purolite. Our competitors regenerate the ion exchange resin when the old pure water exchange system is returned. This gives a lower capacity than new ion exchange resin. |
