Brine tanks

Tanks can be fed by gravity from bulk salt saturators via a normally-closed diaphragm valve, or the brine tanks can be hand-topped-up with salt. The brine tanks can be supplied with internals, typically consisting of brine level switches for the measured quantity of regenerant and a safety ball-valve float assembly on the inlet feed. Vent and overflow connections can also be provided.
