Purolite® C100H
Gel Type Strong Acid Cation
Exchange Resin
Purolite C100H is primarily
used in the cation stage of demineralisation
plants used in industrial water treatment
employing coflow regeneration. This premium
gel product, supplied in the regenerated
hydrogen form and has been optimised to
give a high working capacity and good kinetic
performance across a wide range of operating
conditions. It can be regenerated with mineral
acids and commonly either hydrochloric acid
or sulphuric acid is employed. The performance
can be improved by increasing the amount
of acid applied.
This product is also available in special
grades which offer improved performance
in both coflow regenerated plant and in
a wide range of counterflow regenerated
systems as well as for use in layered beds,
polishing mixed beds and other special applications.
The expected performance is demonstrated
in the Purolite PureDesign Programme and
this product is also available in the sodium
form as Purolite C100.
